Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be “creative”?
No. This is not about artistic skill. It’s about thinking with your hands and accessing meaning through metaphor.
Is this LEGO® Serious Play® certification?
No. LEGO® Serious Play® certification trains facilitators to lead workshops using LEGO bricks for problem-solving, strategy, and team building. This is a coaching practitioner certificate focused on using LEGO®-based building in coaching contexts, with clear ethical and practical structures. It authorises you to practise coaching using LEGO®-based methods but does not confer the right to certify or license others.
Will this work online?
Yes. The programme is designed for both in-person and online delivery — including how to show models on camera, use breakout rooms for coaching practice, and time to create meaningful reflection.
What kit do I need?
You’ll need a set of LEGO® bricks for the online courses only. After booking, you’ll receive simple guidance on what works best.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a coaching approach. We will cover boundaries, referral considerations, and how to work ethically when emotional material arises.
