Supervision
Supervision is a powerful space for coaches to reflect, grow, and stay at their best. More than oversight, it offers a supportive, collaborative process to explore your practice, navigate challenges, and deepen self-awareness. Supervision helps you stay aligned with your values, maintain ethical standards, and unlock fresh insight into your work—all while preventing burnout and boosting confidence.
Trained as a Supervisor with the British Psychological Society (BPS), I supervise coaches from all different backgrounds and specialisms. After successfully completing the Professional Recognition Route Pilot in 2022 to become chartered, I joined the Register of Applied Psychology Practice Supervisors (RAPPS) and supervise coaching psychologists who want to become chartered with British Psychological Society.
